Allan is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt with over 14 years of experience. He has competed in IBJJF, Fight To Win, NAGA, New Breed, and various other tournaments.
He enjoys to roll and spar at a high intense pace, either getting ready for a tournament himself or helping his teammates prepare for one.
When he is not training he is hanging out with his wife, Lauren, and their two dogs, Kimura & Renzo.

Lauren has been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 9 years and is a brown belt in the sport. She has competed in numerous tournaments, placing first on several occasions.
Her favorite positions include mount and side control and she is known for her pressure game and lapel chokes.
Her goal for Renzo Gracie Cooper City is to give women a comfortable and safe space to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
