No prior experience is needed! Our classes are beginner-friendly, and instructors will guide you through the basics. Everyone starts at their own pace.

Absolutely! Jiu-Jitsu is adaptable for all ages and fitness levels. As you train, you’ll build strength, endurance, and flexibility over time.

For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing like a t-shirt and shorts without pockets or zippers. If you have a gi (traditional uniform), bring that. Avoid wearing jewelry or accessories to prevent injury.

Beginners are encouraged to train 2-3 times per week to build skills without overtraining. Consistency is more important than frequency at the start.

Bring water, a towel, and a positive attitude! If sparring is part of the class, a mouthguard is recommended. Loaner gis may be available for first-timers.
